Successfully completing this qualification will equip you with the high-level business skills including managing budgets, projects and resources, and developing communication standards and critical thinking.
This self-paced course is delivered online with email and phone support. Learning and assessment are conducted through the online student portal with a combination of provided resources and your own research.
Up to 24 months.
For students with prior experience in a business environment, as a general guide, with 15 hours of coursework per week the course may be completed in 12 months.
Students who do not have any experience may take longer.

Students require access to:
Computer with Microsoft Office or similar, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Flash Player
Real or simulated office environment, including ability to communicate with others in real or simulated tasks or role plays.
$300 per unit x 12 units
No upfront payment required. Each unit/unit cluster is invoiced at its commencement. Invoices are due within 14 days.
Payment extensions may be granted if you have difficulty paying by the due date.
Successfully complete 5 core and 7 elective units from the list below to achieve this qualification.
This course is designed for students with prior work or life experience relevant to the business services industry, or those seeking a pathway from a lower level qualification. Experience may include time and resource management, use of Microsoft Office suite, personnel management and leadership, and producing business documents.
During this course, you will be required to read comprehensive learner workbooks and textbooks, undertake a range of written assessments and independent research activities, and engage in discussions.
Entry requires the successful completion of Year 12 level English (or equivalent ACSF Level 3). If you have not achieved this, you can demonstrate this knowledge by completing our pre-enrolment Language, Literacy and Numeracy assessment.
