For students with prior experience in a business environment, as a general guide, with 15 hours of coursework per week the course may be completed in 12 months.
Students who do not have any experience may take longer.

Admission requirements
This course is designed for students with prior work or life experience relevant to the business services industry, or those seeking a pathway from a lower level qualification. Experience may include time and resource management, use of Microsoft Office suite, personnel management and leadership, and producing business documents.
During this course, you will be required to read comprehensive learner workbooks and textbooks, undertake a range of written assessments and independent research activities, and engage in discussions.
Entry requires the successful completion of Year 12 level English (or equivalent ACSF Level 3). If you have not achieved this, you can demonstrate this knowledge by completing our pre-enrolment Language, Literacy and Numeracy assessment.
